What if It Doesn’t Work?
Conflict resolution is about convincing people to behave in agreeable ways with people who they don’t find agreeable. Both people conflicting may blame one another, and neither may want to be the first to step back and cooperate. Underlying rivalries, old hurts, and personality differences can keep people conflicting forever if they allow it.
